PLEASE do not allow this change! I buy the phone, I pay the monthly fee to the phone company. I should have some control over who floods my home with unwelcome sales messages. If anything, I'd like the rule strengthened to not allow current sales calls from "entities with whom I've had a business relationship within the last 6 months."
