Comments:
I am concerned that imaginative telemarketing agencies will perpetually seek and 'push through' exceptions and loopholes to the welcomed 'do-not-call' list. My family and I are finally able to have some peace to ourselves without earnest and cajoling telemarketers invading our privacy, infringing on our right to seek information on our own, and making utter nuisances of themselves. It is my hope that the FTC will hold its ground and protect the American consumer from unnecessary and unwelcome trading practices that involve disturbing the peace of our homes under the guise of trade.
