I strongly urge the commission to resist amending the Trade Regulation on Telemarketing Sales incorporating prerecorded messaging to individuals with whom the seller has an established bussiness relationship. As a consumer I feel the rule is working very well and I cannot support any changes that would allow what I consider nuisance phone calls to increase in number to my home. It has been a breath of fresh air not to be hounded on the telephone by aggressive marketers with the inception of the original rule. Keep up the good work.
