Please do not change the existing program to allow companies to deliver prerecorded message telemarketing to homes. It has been a pleasure not to receive unwanted telemarketing and answering machine spam since the inception of this plan. Please do not give in to the lobbing companies. It would be great if you could institute a similar program to prevent Email spam on the internet.
