Comments:

Not only should this amendment not pass but other laws should be enacted to stop all telemarketing unless someone signs up to receive calls. Millions of Americans, including myself, work nights. Allowing telemarketers to send tele-commercials is an invasion of privacy and should not be allowed. Since there are hundreds of thousands of businesses that would purchase software allowing them to send these phone commericals, the nighthawks should probably have our phone taken out now or maybe the Federal Commission Members would like to publicly post their home telephone numbers for us nighthaws to call between midnight and morning!
