I urge you to reconsider this amendment. I do not want any recorded messages coming through from anyone. It is not in the publics best interest to have automated messages take up our cell phone minutes or waste time answering hard line phones. Why would anyone want to listen to a machine when we do not want to listen to a human telemarketer in the first place? I currently am on the do not call list and still am receiving automated calls which are very annoying. Please reject this amendment. Thanks, Fred Jones
