I am very opposed to the idea of allowing an exemption to the Do Not Call list to allow for pre-recorded messages to be sent to phone numbers that are on the Do Not Call list. When signing up for the list a person is saying that they do not want telemarketers or telemarketing firms to call them, and that includes pre-recorder messages. Please do not ruin a good piece of legislation and a good rule for the benefit of an industry that wants to enter your home even though they are aware (through the Do Not Call list) that they are not invited in. Thank you for your consideration.
