I do not want to receive unsolicited calls either by mechanized messages or human voice to my home. For this reason I applauded our congress in passing the "Do Not Call Registry". I do not appreciate industry lobbyists attempting to do an end run around the will of the people. The FTC needs to listen to the desires of the American people who do not want to be assaulted constantly with marketing messages. Their home is the one place they can choose to filter out unwanted messages. This should not be violated by this proposed regulatory amendment.
