Allowing "pre-recorded" message telemarketing is an invasion of my home and my time. My phone was installed for my convenience...for me to make calls and receive calls that I choose. If I am in search of services, I will initiate the call, I don't want to be harrassed by telemarketers, whether live or recorded. When I signed up for the "Do Not Call" list, I assumed it meant just that - DO NOT CALL.
