I don't understand your thinking on this, the whole reason for the do not call list is because we don't want to be disturbed. I have 4 children one is an infant, everytime the phone rings, it cuts into family time, waking the baby. It seems telemarketers always call at dinner time and bedtime, I've got my hands full already.
