Comments:
Do not allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship. This would be stupid. My telephone is for my personal use, not some marketing tool for corporate America. We would have to have the phone disconnected if you allowed this amendment.
