It seem that the changes under consideration are simply a ploy to allow telemarketers another chance to harrass and annoy phone customers with more and more calls. The reason that people have signed up enmass for the Do Not Call list is because they are tired of the annoyance and the frustration. It would be great if the FCC would allign itself with you rather than the reverse. Then consumers would be releived of the constant ringing of their phone. Even with that they can still call because you may have once dealt with some company to by a some particular item years ago and now they can call with a product totally unrelated just because they sign a marketing agreement with that firm, not because they are following up on the original product. Please do not change your rules . thank you
