Comments:
I am opposed to the requested changes that allow pre-recorded calls in telemarketing, even if the calls are being made on behalf of a seller I have a relationship with. To offer Do not call options for consumers, and then turn around and allow pre-recorded/computer messages by telemarketers is government double-speak: talking out of both sides of your mouth at the same time. Who do you work for anyway?
