Comments:
I do not wish to see an additional call abandonment safe harbor to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship. Contrary to telemarketers assertions, I do NOT wish to receive marketing calls from companies--even those who claim an established business relationship. I also believe the measurement of abandoned calls should continue to be on a daily basis, not averaged over a 30-day period. Until telemarketers pay the bill for my telephone, they have no right to use my phone for their business purposes.
