I do not wish to be called by person or computer. My telephone is like my door to the outside world, and I do not want or need to be bothered by beggars, corporate or otherwise. The citizens have spoken in the past, and this is an issue that I will send letters to the editor about. Over 70% of the population is opposed to telemarketing, and I do not understand why you would think it is wise to go against a majority, especially since there are no constitutional guarantees for telemarketers.
