I wish to strongly protest any change to the current FTC rules in this area. It will not sure my interests as a consumer to have firms allowed to make marketing calls based on a phony per existing relationship. If I need information on services and products or special offers from firms I will seek this out. I do not want my home invaded by telemarketers on false cliams of a perexisting relationship. DO NOT CHANGE THE CURRENT RULE. Peter Roth
