No additional ability of telemarketers to make calls to consumers without a consumers prior ok. Why the hell are you people trying to circumvent the recently passes law. WHo do you tnink you work for the peopel or the corporations. Please explain in plain language your additoonal proposal:"In addition, the Commission seeks public comment on a petition submitted by the Direct Marketing Association to amend the TSR’s call abandonment safe harbor provision that currently requires use of "technology that ensures abandonment of no more than three (3) percent of all calls answered by a person, "measured per day per calling campaign" substituting the phrase "measured over a 30-day period.". "
