I strongly request that you NOT allow recorded messages to circumvent the NO CALL list. Telemarketers are an intrusion into the lives of countless numbers of people every day. It should be obvious, based on the number of people, who have signed up on the NO CALL list, that, to allow a "recorded telemarketer" to make calls, as an exemption to the list, is in direct opposition to the desires of millions of American citizens. I URGE YOU TO VOTE *FOR* THE AMERICAN CITIZEN, AND TO VOTE AGAINST THE PROPOSED CHANGE TO ALLOW RECORDED TELEMARKETER MESSAGES.
