NO! Absolutely NOT!! Do not allow this loop hole for telemarketers to continue to SPAM land lines and cell phones!!! I don't want the minutes on my cell phone to be used up by a telemarketer. HONOR THE DO NOT CALL LIST AND EXPAND IT SO THAT THE POLITICAL CAMPAIGN PRE-RECORDED CALLS DO NOT GET THRU.
