This is an insane idea. The spirit of the law is to give consumers peace from telemarketers. If you are going to allow "robots" to call, you might as well repeal the law. Maybe instead of having a "do not call" list, it would be better to have a list containing all phone numbers that telemarketers are allowed to call. Lord knows that list would be much shorter.
