This idea is absolutely ridiculous. Do you believe for a moment that everyone who worked so hard to get the "Do not call" list instituted want this type of access to our homes? Wake up and smell the coffee and quit caving in to these special interest groups that request such nonsense. I'm tired of their desires being placed above mine.
