Comments:
I do not want to receive any telemarketing calls, so I am against any rule change that makes it easier for telemarketers to contact me, either with pre-recorded messages or a "live" agent. Instead of requiring a person to "opt out" of a phone list, the rule should be that people who want telemarketing contacts can "opt in". It is too easy for telemarketers to skirt the law and make unwanted contacts with the populace.
