I am opposed to this rule change in that it allow further intrusion in the privacy of our homes through loose language that allows anyone with whom I have used a credit card to establish that I have a "business relationship" with them and therefore want to hear from them. This may not be so. The new rule will allow for a multitude to junk messages to crowd my voice mail and answering machines as it now crowds my snail mail box and my e-mail. This is just one more govt sanctioned incursion into the privacy of our homes.
