Allowing recorded marketing messages to be sent to anyone should be prohibited whether there is a business relationship or not. Tele-marketing of any type is offensive. I would also like to see a rule prohibiting the mailing of advertising material. The majority of my mail is "junk" mail, subsidized by the postal department. If junk mail can't be prohibited, then it should at a minimum be mailed as only first class mail. The subsidizing of marketers should be eliminated in any form.
