I am very much against this. The list was created for a reason... people don't want to be called. I have to the believe the term "established a business relationship" is a very loose one.... meaning some company I've never heard of will be calling me because I bought something online six months ago and they got my phone number. If want them to call me, I will give them my number. Please don't change this... just because some lobbyist tossed around some money.
