I vote NO on the lessening of controls that grants me some privacy. For those who wish to receive calls by Telemarketers the answer is to not register! However, if I prefer to be left in peace in my home, avoiding the harrassment of marketing calls, then I should be afforded this priviledge. Leonard McDaniel
