I strongly oppose the proposed amendment to allow prerecorded messages, as well as the Marketing Assn. petition to change the period for calculation purposes. There is no reason to allow businesses to get me from what I am involved in for a prerecoded message. If they want to contact me they can use the mail or pay for a person. The "established relationship" definition is so loose that many businesses are included. Please consider my opposition to these changes. Thank you -- Joan
