I am totally opposed to prerecorded telemarketing calls, even with so-called established business relationships. What is an established relationship anyway? If I go on vacation, and use my credit card in a dozen stores, do I now have an established relationship, and have to answer the phone to hear some recording? I hate getting recorded messages. At least with live telemarketers, you can tell them to leave you alone. You can't tell a machine to go fuck itself. We overwhelmingly demanded a no-call list, and now you want to water it down. Please don't.
