Comments:
I am against allowing telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship. I am also against the petition to amend the call abandonment safe harbor provision. I don't want to be called to begin with, and I never want to be interrupted by a call and have dead air on the other end. I view any unsolicited calls to my home a violation and a nuisance, and I certainly hope to never be besieged by automated machines calling me.
