Gentlemen. The fact that a call is made by a computer and not a human does not make it any less disruptive. I do not talk to computers ever nor do I want to. You are in effect gutting a wonderful law, subscribed to by millions of people. All those millions will then be forced to call the offending companies to stop them from calling at all, and how do you propose we prove we have made that call if they disregard us? If you are doing this to be more in line with the FCC as you state, I suggest they change their rules. This change is of no benefit to the citizens you serve, or do you have other masters now?
