Please do not loosen the telemarketing rules. They are the best thing to come out of Washington D.C. in my memory. Their extreme popularity shows what a problem there has been with companies trying to make a buck off of invading peoples privacy. The "previous business relationship" loophole is big enough to drive a truck through. I believe that any loosening of these rules at the behest of the profiteers will come back to haunt those responsible at the next election. Thank you, Russell Gardner
