I believe this telemarketing provision should be maintained at the current standard. I am deeply appreciative of the privacy afforded by the No Call List, and I do not want to see the protection afforded by this option eroded by reductions in the restrictions on telemarketing. Those of us who prefer not to receive those type of calls should not have to fiend off calls leaked through the system by the softening of current standards. I vote NO on both of these proposals!
