I believe it is wrong for any company to assume that consumers want to receive automated prerecorded calls soliciting business, or any other type of telemarketing calls for that matter. I am totally opposed to any changes to allowing this to happen. If I buy clothing from JC Penney one time a year, that certainly does not mean I want to hear from them about sales or anything else. Consumers should have to opt-in to a telemarket program, not opt-out.
