Please do not change the Telemarketing Sales Rule to let businesses use recorded messages. I think everyone saw just what a hassle automated calls were during the election. No matter who you were voting for you recieved up to 10 calls per day with pre-recorded messages. I do not want to have my day, dinner, evening or any other time interrupted to hear from a pre-recorded sales pitch. Thank you.
