My hopes for the no-call list were that my phone would not ring and interupt my time at home with my family with frivilous products or services that I refuse to purchase based on the invasion of my private family time. This "loophole" is voiding my vote for the no-call list in the first place. Change the law to fit my vote!! I don't recall saying yes to something that had an exception built into it.
