I do not feel that they should be allowed to call and leave pre-recorded messages. If I wanted to purchase merchandise through them, I would call them. Its bad enough that they call my office up to 15 times a day on multiple lines telling me about all the great offers, pre-recorded. I DO NOT want to receive these calls at all.
