I think the pre-recorded solicitations need to be band from the phone. Nothing is more irritating than to answer the phone and have a recording on the other line. What is even more aggravating is to not be able to hang the crap up. You hang up and then listen and it is still going on and on and on. I'm on a do-not-call list. I still get phone solicitations. I think these people need to be fined or something.
