Please be aware I would like to file a personal complaint towards any people or telemarketing companies being allowed to solicit or annoy anyone personally/or with any salespersons or form of prerecorded selling message devices to sell or solicit to me the public consumer. As a public consumer I find it very offensive and disrupting as well as costly to business as well as me personally. We have no way of officially blocking a machine or sales person especially if it is pre-programmed wrong. I have experienced issues associated with self-dialing machines calling and presenting presentations to my business, me as well as on my personal cell with no real way of actually blocking or stopping the intruder. I consider this harassment. I believe your job is to monitor and protect the consumer /public and not allow this harassment practice. If so than they we should be provided free of charge a simple way of blocking this harassing intrusion. Any unwanted sales are considered spamming and infringes upon my rights as a public citizen and consumer. I feel my personal rights are being violated when someone forces something upon someone without their consent. I don’t think I should have to pay extra to protect my rights and would also like a way of call blocking on cell phones as sales people and unwanted callers are constantly harassing me. I see no reason why we can’t be provided free of charge a blocking feature for any unwanted calls not programmed into your phone. How would you like to pay for something you don’t want? I am expecting you to comply and protect the consumer and honor my request to deny any such action of spamming to the public consumer as well as businesses. Thank you!
