I have placed my number on the no call list several times and I infrequently still get calls that have a pre-recorded message with name and number. I do not believe that they should be allowed to have a pre-recorded message of this type. I do not like to be called by telemarketers at any time. If i need a service I should be the one to place the call and only then.
