I am appalled by the telemarketers continued attempts to circumvent the national Do Not Call list. The Established Business Relationship rule is just another way to call almost anybody. I am continuously getting calls from AOL, SBC, hospitals, restaurants, and merchants of all kinds to offer their services, despite the fact that I am on the Do Not Call list, because I might have had a business transaction with them in the past. The proposed rule change would make it easier for telemarketers to call more often. Do not make their life easier until they learn to comply with all the rules ! Do not keep allowing all these loopholes (see above) !
