I am STRONGLY against changing the law to allow telemarketers to leave prerecorded messages. If businesses want to reach thier customers to drum up sales, that is what the US MAIL and TV / Radio advertising is for! I'm on the no call list for a reason. Obviously to eliminate interuptions / harrassment from telemarketers. If this law is weakened, it will be worthless!
