How can our lawmakers justify this blatant invasion of privacy? Can they do so by considering the very small minority of people who may actually think about buying something over the phone. Yes!! Revise the law so that NO ONE may ever call by or with any means, computer or otherwise if an individual has stated such. Thank you. F. M. Mancini
