Vote NO to allow telemarketers and others to leave pre-recorded messages. This uses up minutes to listen to a voicemail on a cellular phone, and it waste space on a voice mail system, not allowing others to leave a message. Thank you for your cooperation with this matter, it is greatly appreacited!
