I do not agree with this ammendment. I already get enough calls from telemarketers, on my cell phone no doubt. It's a waste of cell phone minutes when I have to listen to some unwanted solicitation on my phone that calls over and over again in the course of a day. Do not pass this ammendment PLEASE!!
