I am a single woman who pays to have an unlisted phone number at home for safety reasons and I carry a cell phone for emergencies. Why should I be subjected to solicitation voicemail on either line? Believe me, if I want your product, with all the technology at my fingertips, I WILL locate your business. I do not need to have my voicemail - for which I pay my hard-earned money - filled with solicitations which do not interest me in the least. If the solicitor were to be responsible for the 45 cents per minute that I have to pay, maybe he would think twice before filling my voicemail. To allow solicitors to get around the DO NOT CALL LIST would be robbery - plain and simple!
