Please do not alter the do not call rules. It works wonderfully. If businesses are that hard up for customers that they have to harrass people to drum up business, maybe they need to rethink their business plan. Harrassing people is not the answer. I would like to see charities have to abide by the do not call rules. Some charities are just as bad as the window and siding people. The peace and quiet that the do not call rules bring to my household--priceless. Thank You. RWFoust
