I am opposed to allowing prerecorded messages to be delivered to me from those who are working on behalf of a company with which I have an established business relationship. If I want to speak with those companies, I will call them directly. I also oppose amending the TSR’s call abandonment safe harbor provision that requires use of "technology that ensures abandonment of no more than three (3) percent of all calls answered by a person, "measured per day per calling campaign."
