This is horrible! I never want to receive unsolicited phone calls on my cell phone. None. Not for political parties, charities, prerecorded messages, and not from anyone for any reason unless they personally know me. If I could sign up for a "Do Not Call" list that actually would work and have no loopholes, I would do it. I just don't want to give my numer to a database where charities can still call me and can actually get my number from the list.
