I do not want the "new" rule passed. It makes absolutely no sense. We have already opted out of these unwanted calls. If you get a recorded message, what are your options to get off their list? You cannot tell them when you answer the phone since it is just a recording. If the rule is passed, it will just take us back to where we were before "The DO Not Call List" was put in effect.
