Are you kidding me? This totally negates the purpose of the no-call list. I don't care who, or what, delivers the call, the objective of joining the no call list was to avoid this garbage. If I want to do business with someone, I will call them, I have never, and will never do business with someone who tries to get me to buy something or join something by initiating a call to my house. I urge you to choose wisely about how this will affect those who joined the list when you initially said this was to stop telemarketing calls. Now you are considering going back on your word, and commitment to the public, because these businesses are upset about it. Stick with your original position, stop the calls from interupting my life!
